No, I both blow and draw on all songs. To the right of this video, you’ll see a “more info” link. Click that and you’ll see the full tab for what I play.

how does moving your hands change the sounds and/or what technique do you use

I don’t know that I have a technique. Not a correct one anyway. The only thing I do is wave my right hand at the end of some notes to get the vibrato or “wavy” sound.

I recorded this on an A key Marine Band. I don’t know the proper key, but I use A most often, so it’s what I had when I decided to record it. No matter the key, the tab at right under “More Info” will still work.

You can do it in any key. Same tab. Just a different key. I don’t know what the right key is. “A” is just what I use most often and so used when I made this vid a couple years ago.
