Music Glut Deepens

The worldwide music glut deepened further Wednesday, as Ellwood Barrett released his brand new album “Alma Stew”. Mr. Barrett spoke to us last week from his single-wide “aluminum cabin” near Alma, Colorado.
Supply is far exceeding demand in areas near Alma, as well as points to the north, south, east and west. “Well”, said the self-described part-time carpenter, “At first I sold a bunch of CDs to my friends and family, but then the sales just kind of petered out”. Mr. Barrett plays harmonica, and refers to his style as “random, spaced-out hippie noodling”.
“But hey”, Mr. Barrett concluded, “It beats the heck out of bangin’ nails.”
